Boba Guys is all about being that neighborhood regular cafe while maintaining its fresh and vibrant atmosphere. One of their newest brand moves was themed as 'retro future' with pastel boardwalk shapes and colors.
Keeping these guides in mind when exploring options for type fonts and logo shapes. In the end I went with a Memphis pattern 'arcade carpet' confetti around a retro diner pair of shapes. I wanted to keep the colors softer while maintaining Boba Guys life and vibrancy.
