When creating this promotional poster for MCC Penn-Valley's 'Jazz in the Valley' I wanted to embody the organic feel of Kansas City Jazz with the jungle themed illustration. To juxtapose the naturalistic background I utilized a bright white slab serif font while keeping it corporate in the art by layering objects.
